TNT Chauffeurs is the data owner and is registered with The Information Commissioner in the United Kingdom; the PCO registration number is: 7206. By using the web site you accept the following terms and conditions and, in addition, if you make a reservation, the standard terms and conditions of sale of TNT Chauffeurs, a copy of which is available on request.

We may pass your personal information to, or allow access to your personal information by, third party service providers or organisations that otherwise assist us in providing goods, services or information you request. Since TNT Chauffeurs operates globally as a one stop Global Chauffeur Services, this may mean that we could transfer your data to countries outside the country of origin of the personal information. An agreement is in place in respect of the transfer of data between TNT Chauffeurs and Other Affiliates, Associated Companies.

6. Changes to the web site
TNT Chauffeurs may at any time make alterations to or to withdraw this web site or any part of it. All Intellectual Property Rights in any developments, improvements, alterations, modifications and enhancements to the Software arising from consultation with the Customer and/or at the request of the Customer shall vest automatically in TNT Chauffeurs upon creation.
7. Limitation of liability
Our chauffeur services are provided to you in a business-to-business capacity and for private domestic use. This is not a consumer contract and accordingly, We accept no liability for any business or personal loss (which includes without limitation, any loss of contracts, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of anticipated savings in expenditure or any loss or corruption of data) however caused, even if foreseeable.
We reserve the right to subcontract the provision of the Services to Associates and in such situations, our liability is limited to ensuring that we use due care and skill in the selection of the sub-contractor or affiliate company to provide the Services. If we are liable to you for any reason, our liability will be limited to the direct costs you incur which are a foreseeable consequence of our failure up to a maximum of the cost of the booking or a £100.00.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any liability we may have for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence and for which our liability is unlimited. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights (if appropriate) as a consumer.
7.1 TNT Chauffeurs excludes all warranties, express or implied relating to this web site. This includes, but is not limited to, any implied warranty that the information it contains is accurate or up-to-date or is suitable for any particular purpose.
7.2 TNT Chauffeurs shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered as the result of the use of this web site.
7.3 There may be links to other web sites from the TNT Chauffeurs web site; however, these other web sites are not controlled by TNT Chauffeurs and we are not responsible for any content contained on any such web site or any loss suffered by you in relation to your use of such web sites. You waive any and all claims agains TNTChauffeurs regarding the inclusion of links to outside web sites or your use of those web sites.
7.4 TNT Chauffeurs may refuse a booking if the passenger is perceived to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and may cause a threat to the chauffeur or vehicle
7.5 TNT Chauffeurs will not be liable for any property lost or damaged during the bookings of one of its chauffeur cars. Although every effort will be made to investigate/locate any such losses we cannot be held responsible and ask that suitable insurance be taken out.
8. General terms and conditions
Quotations, rates and charges
We can accept bookings Online, by telephone, fax or e-mail. We will confirm receipt and send confirmation of your booking, usually within two hours.
If you don’t receive this confirmation or require a service within two hours, you should telephone us to ensure the booking has been received and processed.
A Chauffeur booking is confirmed when you have received the chauffeur booking confirmation document which we will send you by e-mail OR you have received verbal notification with a chauffeured booking reference.
Our chauffeur services will be charged according to our chauffeur standard tariff, a copy of which is available on request. Unless a chauffeur quotation or copy of our chauffeur driven tariff is requested, it will be assumed that you are aware of the chauffeured charges that will apply to the chauffeur service and are willing to proceed on this basis.
If the status of a flight changes and/or we receive notification of the same after the chauffeur vehicle has been dispatched, the chauffeur service will be charged from the scheduled pick up time. We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this information is accurate, however, we cannot be held responsible for any service failure caused by incorrect or inaccurate information provided by these third parties.
All prices are in GBP and are excluding of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.
Note: We charge @20% VAT.
All chauffeur quotations are estimated journey charges, are valid for 7 days and do not include waiting time, parking, tolls or telephone charges. Gratuities are at the Customer's discretion. Waiting time is charged at the agreed tariff rate which is £25.00 per hour.
Final journey charges will be calculated according to the actual route taken by the chauffeur and any other relevant factors, e.g. waiting time (at the agreed tariff £25.00 per hour). The chauffeur will take the most optimal route, unless the client gives specific instructions or prevailing traffic conditions dictate.
Charges apply for Customer no shows and cancellation at the tariff rate based on the chauffeur service booked. Cancellation notice periods are as follows:
Our policy is to avoid charging our clients cancellation fees where we can, however, there will be some occasions where either we or our affiliate has incurred costs in the provision of a chauffeur service that is cancelled.
If a chauffeur service is cancelled within two hours of the scheduled pick-up time, cancellation fees will apply:
Airport or other fixed-price transfer: Full charge
As directed chauffeur service cancelled prior to first pick-up: 50% of the booked chauffeur service cost (based on hours) subject to a minimum 2 hour and a maximum 4 hour charge.
As directed chauffeur service cancelled en-route: Cost of the chauffeur service performed plus 50% of the remaining booked chauffeur service cost (based on hours). The latter part of the charge will be subject to a maximum of four hours.
- VIP chauffeured vehicles and MPVs in the UK: 24 hours
- Executive chauffeured vehicles in the UK: 24 hours
- Ultimate Chauffeured Vehicles in the UK: 48 hours
- Coaches, minibuses and all other vehicles in the UK: 48 hours
- All vehicles in rest of Europe, Middle East, Russia and Africa: 24 hours
- All vehicles in USA: 48 hours
- All vehicles in the rest of the world: 48 hours
If you cannot locate your chauffeur and you seek an alternative method of transport without first contacting TNT Chauffeurs booking desk to try and resolve the situation, you will be charged the tariff rate based on the chauffeur service booked.
Surcharges will apply on Bank Holidays and as follows: (for all chauffeur driven vehicles)
- Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve from 18:00 and New Year's Day: 100%
- All other Services provided on Public Holidays are subject to a 50% surcharge.
On-site chauffeur service co-ordinators are available on request, and are charged on an hourly basis with a 2 hour minimum charge.
In the event that the interior of the chauffeur vehicle is soiled or damaged by the Customer, a valeting charge will apply.
TNT Chauffeurs reserves the right to review the charges to take account of movements in the chauffeur Price Index, currency fluctuations, fuel, legislative changes or any other charges outside of our control.
Billing & Payment
We will usually send or post an invoice within 5 working days of service completion.
For account customers, our standard payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice and we accept payment by credit card, debit card, cheque or electronic transfer
We accept most credit cards, debit cards as a means of payment and we apply surcharge the price you see when making a booking on our site or the price quoted over the telephone is the price you pay plus credit card/ debit card surcharge. Meaning WE WILL CHARGE ON ALL CARDS SURCHAGES.
For non-account customers, we can only accept credit card, debit card payments and card details will be requested at the time of booking. A copy of the invoice will be e-mailed or posted upon service completion and we will automatically charge the nominated credit card or debit card within booking completion or 5 working days of invoice date. Or sooner if previously authorised
When a charge is queried or relates to a chauffeur service that is the subject of an ongoing complaint, our standard payment terms continue to be effective, unless the query results in a partial or complete refund. In this case, payment terms will apply from the date of issue of any credit note or revised invoice.
TNT Chauffeurs accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage to property, howsoever such loss or damage may be caused. In the event of property being left in a vehicle, we will gladly organise the return of such items if you cover the postage and packaging costs.
TNT Chauffeurs shall be under no liability to the Customer whatsoever for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of if any.
TNT Chauffeurs shall be under no liability to the Customer whatsoever for any indirect loss and/or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the Customer arising out of a breach by the Company of these terms and conditions.
In the event of any claim against TNT Chauffeurs arising out of its performance of hire, the Company's liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the journey. Any other payments will be entirely at the discretion of the Company.
Non Solicitation of Personnel
If you wish to directly hire or employ a TNT Chauffeurs chauffeur, we reserve the right to levy a £5,000 fee to cover the costs of recruiting and training the chauffeur.
TNT Chauffeurs reserves the right to enlist the chauffeur services of carefully selected affiliates to provide the chauffeur service on our behalf during busy periods, but shall remain responsible for the overall chauffeur service delivery.
These terms and conditions are governed by and are subject to the laws of England and Wales and TNT Chauffeurs and the Customer submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
All chauffeur bookings made shall be deemed to be a confirmation by the Customer to acceptance of these terms and conditions and shall supersede any other terms and conditions from the Customer. Any amendments to these terms and conditions must be agreed in writing by both parties.
TNT Chauffeurs ("T&T CHAUFFEURS") We do not store or keep your Credit Card or Debit Card Details on our system or save your Credit Card or Debit Card details anywhere.

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that the information contained in this document is correct at the time of going to print, TNT Chauffeurs regrets it cannot accept liability for any errors or changes that may occur after publication.
Making a Complaint
Should you need to complain about the service we have provided, you should do so with the Project Coordinator who organised the service or your nominated Account Manager. Should the matter not be resolved to your satisfaction, you can also escalate your complaint to the TNT Chauffeurs.
All complaints must be made within 5 days of service completion and cannot be considered once payment of an invoice has been received.
We will acknowledge receipt of your communication immediately and advise you when and how we will contact you again. We may need to ask you for further information so we can investigate your complaint thoroughly.
We will endeavour to resolve all issues within 2 working days, however, it may sometimes take longer.
